What the top 10 own
FPL publishes a global league containing every manager alive, and the squads at the top of it are public. This reads the top ten and works out their effective ownership - captaincy counted twice, because that is what a player is actually worth to the rank you are chasing.
Nothing to read yet
The overall standings are empty. FPL does not rank anyone until the first gameweek has been scored, so there is no top 10 to read yet.
This page fills in once Gameweek 1 has kicked off. FPL keeps every squad private until then - the endpoint returns nothing at all rather than a partial answer - and it does not rank anyone until a gameweek has been scored. There is no way to estimate it in the meantime, so the page stays empty rather than showing you a guess.
